SafelySolo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SafelySolo Android application. This page informs you of

Types of Data Collected

Location Data

We use your location data to provide features of our Service, such as tracking your trip progress and

notifying your trusted contacts in case of an emergency. This data is only collected while a "Trip" is

active and is not stored on our servers unless specifically required by the Service's functionality.

Contacts Information (READ_CONTACTS Permission)

Our app allows you to select "Trusted Contacts" from your device's contact list. We only access your

contacts when you explicitly choose to add a contact to the app. We do NOT upload your entire contact list

to our servers. Only the specific contact details (Name, Phone Number, Relationship) you select are used

to send emergency notifications via SMS.

2. Use of Data

SafelySolo uses the collected data for various purposes:

- To provide and maintain the Service

- To notify you about changes to our Service

- To provide customer care and support

- To provide emergency notification services

3. Data Transfer

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed on your device. We do not sell or trade your

personal information to third parties.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the

Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable

means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
